Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of MISPRICE, a self-custodial Stock Token arbitrage console operating on Robinhood Chain, chain ID 4663. Read them before using the product.
MISPRICE is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Robinhood Markets, Inc. References to Robinhood Chain describe the network the product operates on and nothing more.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using MISPRICE you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product. Continued use after any update to these terms means you accept the updated version.
2. Product description
MISPRICE is a self-custodial console that scans for pricing dislocations involving Stock Tokens and other tokenized assets on Robinhood Chain and helps you construct, simulate and submit transactions to capture them. MISPRICE does not place trades on your behalf, does not act as a broker, exchange, custodian or investment adviser, and does not manage funds.
3. Eligibility and jurisdiction
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of MISPRICE, Stock Tokens or Robinhood Chain complies with the laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on trading tokenized securities. If use of the product is unlawful where you are located, you may not use it.
4. Self-custodial wallet use
MISPRICE connects to a wallet that you control. You are responsible for safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases and signing devices. Anyone with access to your wallet can control your assets. We have no way to recover lost keys or reverse a signed transaction.
5. No custody
MISPRICE never takes custody of your funds or tokens. At no point does MISPRICE or its operator hold, control or have the ability to move assets held in your wallet other than through transactions you have explicitly signed.
7. Onchain transaction risks
Transactions on Robinhood Chain are irreversible once confirmed. Transactions can fail, be front-run, be delayed, or execute at worse prices than simulated because of network congestion, block reordering, mempool visibility or other onchain conditions outside our control. Gas costs can be spent on transactions that fail or that revert.
8. Stock Token and tokenized asset risks
Stock Tokens and other tokenized assets referenced in MISPRICE are issued and maintained by third parties. Their price can diverge from the underlying asset they track, liquidity can be thin or one-sided, and issuers can change redemption terms, pause transfers or discontinue a token. MISPRICE does not issue, redeem, guarantee or back any Stock Token.
9. Third-party protocols and RPC providers
MISPRICE routes transactions through third-party smart contracts, liquidity venues and RPC infrastructure that it does not control. Outages, exploits, bad data or changes made by these third parties can affect quotes, execution or the availability of the product. We are not responsible for the conduct of third-party protocols or infrastructure providers.
10. Quotes, simulations and stale data
Prices, spreads and simulated outcomes shown in MISPRICE are estimates based on data available at the time they are generated. Onchain conditions can change between when a quote is shown and when a transaction confirms. Simulations are not a guarantee of the result you will receive.
11. No guarantee of execution or profit
Nothing in MISPRICE guarantees that a transaction will execute, that it will execute at the displayed price, or that any strategy will be profitable. Past outcomes shown in the interface do not predict future results. You can lose the full value of any position you take.
12. Fees and gas
You are responsible for network gas fees on every transaction you submit, whether or not it succeeds. MISPRICE may charge its own software or execution fees, which are disclosed in the interface before you confirm a transaction.
13. Prohibited use
You may not use MISPRICE to violate applicable law, to interfere with the operation or security of the product or of Robinhood Chain, to circumvent access controls, or to attempt to exploit, manipulate or attack the product, its infrastructure or third-party protocols it interacts with.
14. Intellectual property
The MISPRICE interface, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reverse engineer for competitive purposes, or redistribute the product without permission.
15. Suspension and termination
We can suspend or terminate access to MISPRICE at any time, including for suspected violation of these terms, suspected abuse, security concerns, or operational reasons. Because MISPRICE is self-custodial, suspension of the interface does not affect assets already held in your own wallet.
16. Disclaimers
MISPRICE is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in MISPRICE is financial, legal or tax advice.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MISPRICE and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits or data arising from your use of the product, onchain transactions, third-party protocols, or events outside our control.
18. Changes to the terms
We can update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of MISPRICE after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
